Governance is the activity of running or controlling a country. It involves participation, consensus building, leadership and recognition of the organs of government and these may be referred to as elements of good governance.
Leadership is at the centre of good governance. Leadership is a process by which individuals influence others to achieve a common goal through commitment and willingness of both leaders and followers.
