• Canvassing for votes during primary elections is prohibited.
  • A candidate contesting an election at secondary elections has the right to conduct campaigns freely in accordance with this Act.
  • A candidate may, during an electoral campaign, publish campaign materials of such a nature and in a manner that may be approved by the Commission.
